Sessions are held in my home studio in Lafayette. Private sessions are customized to each clients goals.

Gentle yoga classes held in small groups. Classes are held at the Lafayette Community Center.  Classes are held on MOndays and Wednesdays. Registration is always open and prorated for sessions that have already started. My classes are listed in the Adult  programs, "Gentle Yoga"
