I offer group classes in gentle therapeutic yoga. Group classes are available at the Lafayette Community Center on Mondays and Wednesdays.
I also offer private and small group sessions in my home studio in Lafayette. 

I teach hatha yoga. I emphasize yoga for healthy aging, building strength and balance, and fall prevention.
I also teach meditation and am trained in yoga for osteoporosis and arthritis, and chair yoga. 

Group classes offered at the Lafayette Community Center are offered in 7 to 8 week packages for $136.
Private lessons are $90/hr. 

I am registered through Yoga Alliance and I am a certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
